Looks like it's painted red with Farmall C decals. And wouldn't it be a B with that front end? Chance Allis? Might take the cake.

It is a C rear end with a B front end, which is a really useless combination in my opinion but one that is nonetheless popular.

I'll bet it's auto correct (typo by the device he was using), see a lot more of thoseas of late. Usually its Chambers or Chamblers. Same with Cummins, always see Cummings instead.

That is a C Allis with a wide front off of a B . We did a conversion like that when I was a kid. You had to change the steering box as the C narrow front was geaed opposite to the wide front from the B. I was 14 and got to drive it all the time and scuffle beans with it. We kwpt the C cultivators.

Billy, auto correct can play with our minds. It is an Alease Chalmbers with a Cummings dissel engine. Had to type dissel twice because auto correct changed it to dispel the first time.

I always love how they always misspell the name but the price is always high. I have yet to see a cheap Alice Chambers.

A few years ago a person came on this forum asking some questions on a "Allis Chambers" D15 tractor. I answered the persons questions and politely corrected him that the proper spelling was Allis-Chalmers. One other forum member chewed me up and down sideways for correcting him. Funny thing was a short while later I saw him correct someone that it is "John Deere" not "John Deer". lol

It could be a "C"....then again, it is probably a later model "B" on which the "C" style wheels were optional.
The "C" rear end housing is quite a bit wider than the one on the "B".

I generally don't correct spelling on here, but one time a guy was looking for information about his Kabota, and I suggested he do a Google search using the correct spelling, Kubota. Then, just for fun, I did a search under Kabota, and Google came back with, "Do you mean Kubota?", and gave me a zillion hits for that spelling. Ah, the dumbing down of America. . .

I do see some posts in which the torture of the English language is simply unbelievable. I don't correct the poster, but simply marvel at this great country, where such a complete tool can still survive to adulthood.
