Don't know who's it is for sure, but willing to bet it's the bto that moved into the area a few years back. This was right on m66 in central Michigan. At least the operator got it off the road before it was engulfed.

I've been thinking the whole time I was in the shower. I wonder how they'll get that thing up out of the river valley, being burned to the ground like that? They might just have to get a couple of rednecks in there with torches, chop saws and sledge hammers to break it down in to it's basic components.

LOL. If it belongs to who I think it does, there's so much Amway money in it that the smoke probably smelled like soap.

I've seen a few combines fried they usually get an excavator to load it on a semi trailer low boy. Saying that there's an excavator not far from me that they were using to clean fence rows ( they peal away everything from the fence over without taking the fence and then have a skid loader with root rake take it and pile it up) it cooked off its been sitting for a couple years. A local place has a couple implement sales a year it's not unusual to see a cooked one there.

(quoted from post at 02:36:05 04/26/16) I carry the biggest ABC extinguisher I can fit, on every machine.

ABC is good for grease etc. but not for very large class A ordinary combustibles like hay and chaff. For that you want a 2.5 gal water with dish detergent added.

The guy is married to one of the DeVos girls, founding family of Amway. It's rumored that FIL gave him an open checkbook and he's pushed things up to 125,000 acres.
