But it looks like the live hydraulics and the alternator are hanging out in front, and it's it's sitting outside with a can over
the exhaust. I would think it would be fairly easy to fit an alternator under the wide hood of a W4.
 
I'm surprised he didn't pump up the flat tire before taking the picture. It could be a nice tractor, but to me the price looks to be about double what it might eventually sell for.

Looks like that alternator has a disconnect on it. Seems a fellow could use start tractor, then charge others with the same connection.
