Hi, I've got a Bolens G272 with a loader. It reads about 700
hours, but the hour meter quit working for a while until I fixed it
so I'm not completely sure on the hours. Everything on it
works and it is in good condition. The loader is off another
G272 and it has some welding on it, but it is structurally
sound. I'm wondering about how much the tractor is worth.
I'm going to sell it and get one a little bigger.

If anyone could tell me about how much it is worth, I'd sure
appreciate it. Thanks!
 
I have a G242 Bolens good little tractor a little smaller than yours,the problem with them is the ones Garden Way sold there are almost no parts available in the US or Japan.
I bought mine in good running and operating condition at an auction a couple years ago
for $650,just the tractor no attachments.
 
Thanks for the reply. Wow, that's surprising. I figured it would be worth more than that. I didn't pay much more than that (1000 for the tractor without the loader) but I just figured I got a good deal.

I'm trying to post pics and its not working very well....
 
You can probably get more really as I thought I got mine cheap also.You can always come down on the price.Personally I'd put at least 2K on it and listen to offers.
 
thanks for the info. Seems like a 27 horse compact tractor with a 5' loader would be worth more than 2000, but I'm not sure. Here's some pics.
