My great grandpa with an AC of some sort
(WC?), it has the date somewhere on the picture
there, it is a picture I took of a family picture. I'm
just guessing it's rusty, hard to tell in black and
white and I have a hard time seeing the correct
colors anyway.

Didn't derail got sidetracked comeing back to station now... Pets/ animals and tractors(animals on or around tractors), the "project" lists (to be done, in the works or someday), bits and pieces/ get inside(part machines, stripped, and pulled apart).

This is a picture of my 1949 Allis B before we cleaned it up. I posted the cleaned up picture on Orange night.

I had a guy rip into me about a 6000 not far from me! He said he never saw a 6000 gas that's why I asked anyway the one near me needs the engine rebuilt. Thanks for the photo!

The Toro in the pictures has the same engine. I also have perfect one out of a early 60's Ford truck stored in my shop. The hard thing to find is the intake manifold for the up draft carb

a cple of my rusty Allis WD's
the one hooked to the hay wagon has been repainted since this pic
the loader one is going to be staying in its work clothes

Upload seems slow tonight... thought I better make two replies.

A rusted old grocery-getter? well, saw in the parking lot of a grocery store.

The Spirit of 76? all small towns around here painted their hydrants patriotic colors back in 1976. This is what it?s faded into over nearly 40 years.

A neat old building? slowing fading away.

Thanks, Larry on the Corner... these posts are always fun!

Can't wait to see what "you know who" posts... they must REALLY like rust! He-he-he!!

Larry,

I saved those pics... has to be be the best-ever Doodlebug (the hippy seat cover is the icing on the cake).

Mowers are back in the woods, on a fall day.
Old Ford truck was on a sale bill and just liked it and saved the picture.

Before it was painted my boys (5 and 3 at the time) tried to help "paint" it while playing in the yard. Used grass as brushes and got grease from anyplace they could find it on the tractor.

I guess I'll throw my photo in the ring, too. This old drill is in a field near the edge of the desert here in Eastern Idaho.

I used to take the rusty 20" planer and rusty MM U tractor to our local tractor show and run the planer with a belt from the tractor, plane some boards, and make some noise. It got peoples attention. Last time I took it they had no way to unload it from my truck so it hasn't been there in a few years.

sms,

Thanks for the rust-post idea!
