Ford GT 75 Ford LGT 16D

Just bought a Ford GT 75 for $1100. with the 16 HP Shibaura diesel and 48" deck. I thought this was a steal and could not pass it up. Also I am looking at an LGT 16D. The owner is asking $2200. After buying the GT 75 this sounds a little high. Does anyone have any thoughts on this.

I have a gas model of the 16 bought with many att for around 1000,
2200 sound too high for a tractor this old though

I have a GT75 and it's AWESOME, but availability of certain parts MAY be an issue and is not likely to get better.

I know NOTHING of the GT16D.

I made the owner an off er of $1500. But he said since it has a low serial number, in the 200's, it should be worth more and that he is firm on the $2200. Price??? To me that only shows it is an older mower made in the first year of production. It has been for sale for two months so I will let it simmer a while and contact him again. I will try to upload a pic of my GT 75.

Gas 165 and Diesel 16 are completely different animals, nothing interchanges.

I have a LGT 14D I bought with deck and 250 some hrs on it a couple years ago paid
$500 for it.

I need the three rollers that go on the front of my 48" mower deck for my Ford GT 75. The rollers are four inches wide, three inches in diameter with a half inch center hole. I don't want to go to Ford because the original rollers are not that big, or these have been worn immensely.
