2016 Central Illinois YT Get Together

The 5th annual YT Get Together will be held next Saturday, January 9 at Big Catz Barbeque located at 221 East Main Street in Knoxville, Illinois.
Doors open at 11 AM and we plan on eating around 12 so we can leave around 1 PM to see the YT famous Holder tractor and a very nice collection of Ford tractors near Galesburg, IL.
Yes, you read that right! On BAD advice from a country, internet attorney, we are having this festival near the same time as the FLOLDFORD rib cookoff and Florida Flywheeler convention - Maybe next year, we will have it down there?

Would probably be a good idea if you could sound off if you are planning on coming and if you want BBQ ribs you need to let me or oleblu (now Jim950) know by about Wednesday.

Kruser I would love to come but I have to work Saturday (on my birthday too). We have boiler inspection Saturday.. Have fun and post pictures...

Well dang! I was hoping to make it this year, no luck tho as I'll be home making fudge with a couple of my grandaughters that day. I think anoit stopping to visit when I drive by, but so far either hasn't been time or weather was bad. Still hope to meet you central Il. boys some day tho.
 
i'll be there jim, and i'm bringin a newbie tractor guy with me. still green around the gills, he has yet to flip one over or burst into flames........but he is still in training with me!!!!
 
Live just 30 mile east of it and cross it all the time but never made it to sale. One time it was going on when I crossed 127.
 
We've been the full length of it. It's better than you'd expect through most of Ohio,but middle Kentucky to middle Tennessee is still the best. Alabama is great too.
