Cab for Farmall Or Oliver Tractor

A good buddy of mine and I were talking today. He told me they made cabs for Farmall M or Oliver 88 tractors or similar models. I had never heard of this, but I don't know much anyway.

This guy is a super good guy. 79 years old. Can take a junk tractor and make it better than new. Will help any one with their mechanical or tin work problems. A Veteran, a man who has lived his life right. A Prince of a man.

He said he would like to have one of those cabs. He doesn't use a computer. I would like to help him find one, if they are available. Would be a small way to repay him for a fraction of what he has done for me.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Tokeim or something close made a cab for a farmall M maybe others , not many here in the south so hopefully someone a bit north of me can help more.

I Googled it. Nice read about. Somewhere I read it was like $146 as an option.

I need someone to point me to where one might be. Thanks.

Cokato (MN) Cab- but they"ve been out of business for years. It was a shelter, little/no insulation, very noisy inside. Sliding doors, fit many tractors. MN used to have a lot of cab mfgrs- Cokato, Cozy Cab, Hiniker, Year-Round, etc.

Raby made a cab.HeritageIron featured a Raby in an early issue.Would fit Oliver and IH,maybe others. There was a cab built in Longmont Co. The 'Westrum' cab.Had one on a 560 once, several folks had them.It would also fit an M.Sorry,no pics.As was said Tokhiem produced a cab. Go to Google images.Type in Farmall M cab. Lots of images will come up.

Although it's too far gone to use, I still have an "Automatic" brand tractor cab, probably built after the war, from surplus materials. It's covered in what looks like aircraft aluminum, but is actually magnesium! Yes , I did discover this the hard way while torching the old cab off a MM model U. No great damage done, and the old cab is now a shelter for oil pails.
