Well I went out Monday and Thursday and didn't see anything then at 7:44 this morning I shot a nice little doe coulda had another one but didn't have another tag

At least he wiped the milk off of its chin. Just teasing nick, thats a nice doe. Any idea how old? Here when we check them in during rifle season they look at the teeth and age them. I was told this year "wow! We usually don't see many that old here". I take that to mean no matter what the cut it'll probably taste like boot leather lol.

I got one a little bigger than that with the bow this year. Three days later, I shot the antler off a 6 point before I realized the scope was 18" low. After re-sighting, I got this 4 point.

Thanks guys! That's a nice deer to! I think it's about a year here in Ohio we just check them online so I can only guess on the age that 'cast' is my tag lol

Make sure you strip out those tender loins before they dry out. I always took them out as soon as I got home. Soaked them in salt water over night, then sliced them up and fried them in butter for breakfast. They sure are yummy.
