I just aquired an F-11 loader.Acctually traded 50 bales of grass/alfalfa hay.Now all I need is to get a tractor to put it on. LOL. Maybe My JD 'A' would be a candidate......

Acctually thinking of repowering the MD and reversing it.Just like the reversed F-12............

A good F-11 is hard to beat. Mine, not so good. The old orange and green ones don't stand up to lots of big round bales, real great. I don't think I have seen a F-11 on a reversed tractor either. Lots of F-12s and F-25s, or the wide ones anyway. A guy I used to help had a F-11 on a reversed truck, then had put an automatic transmission in the truck. He never flipped the ring gear, but reverse in the auto would still let him run 20 MPH going towards the loader, and 50mph if you looked over your shoulder.

Whatever tractor you decide to mount it on, power steering is a must. Also, plenty of ballast on the rear tires.

JD 'A' with a loader - not a good plan. An old friend had a JD 70 with a loader- sorriest combination on the planet. You needed three arms to run it. I believe it was a F-11 loader. Loader was good and the JD 70 was a good tractor, it just wasn't a marriage made in heaven.
