Shorthair, you need to go to www.davidbradley.net. That is Gary Treible"s websight. He"s probably the closest to an expert on this subject, that I know of. Once there, on the left side of the page, click on "resources". There"s a list of people and web addresses, talk to these people. Also, on the resource page you"ll see the information for the David Bradley Newsletter. I"ve talked to this man several times, and he"s always willing to help. If he doesn"t know, know he"ll know who to call to find out. I"ve seen many Bradley pieces in my day, but I have never, I mean NEVER seen or heard of anything even remotely resembling this. In the late 1950s when I was a high school kid, I was a dealer for Century Speed Karts and thus received lots of promotional literature. I recall getting dealer solicitation for a similar looking sled called an "Ice-Skeeter" and I THINK it was made in Buffalo NY. At the time I thought it would never sell (and a couple years later snowmobiles were HOT). I do recall it was driven by a single wheel underneath with tire chains. Got to be rare.

I have a David Bradley Ice Scooter, 1961 and having trouble finding the correct wheel chain for it...
