All of these renter stories made me think,,,the one story of the carnival people with a newborn baby moved in in the 1980s,,,, were really bad tennants. That baby is now around 35 years old, could be almost a grandparent by now,,,,,and the whole group making new renter horror stories?

Larry, I've shared horror stories about how hard it is to evict bad tenants and I'm only a semi retired Country Lawyer, but I think even I could obtain a successful eviction by 35 years lol

After all this renters chat I considered moving the RV to Garys this winter and REFUSING TO LEAVE, but he's a good old southern boy WHO OWNS GUNS so I'm not gonna risk it lol (not sure how much he likes us Yankees anyway)

I purchased a home that I had previous owned at the end of the farm. I sold it in 2002 for $92000 when I built a new house on back of farm and in Jan 2013 I bought it of HUD for $40000. The owner had (that I sold it to) had taken good care of it. Was a real good neighbor but health problems and could not afford it anymore. A little paint and it look like new. rented it to a lady several neighbors recommended and could not be happier! Guess I am lucky!

No problem come on down and I'll park you right in front of the gate. That way when I get tired of you the good friend of mine with the huge Peterbuilt wrecker won't have any problems hooking to the front of your RV and moving you to his impound yard!!
