Cabelas Tractors

Beware of the Cabelas LM series tractors----Junk!! Had mine for 6 days and the clutch went out. followed by a bent loader arm and a massive hydro lead!

What is the warranty on them? Pretty much the same tractor as some of the small Mahindras. A lot of customer satisfaction is going depend on the dealer(service). Can't imagine it being to good from Cabela's.

Yabut,the camo and the name make it all worth while if you're a Dan'l Boone wannabe doesn't it?

I don't see how anyone could do that much damage to a new tractor in 6 days. Bent loader arms, hyd leaks and a blown clutch sound like operator abuse.

I can imagine what happened.....guy gets tractor, thinks it's a bulldozer....

It's be real easy to figure out;
1. What does your owner's manusl say is the lift capacity of the loader?
2. What did you try to lift?

Usually a case of someone using a farm loader as a digger.Loaders are designed to load,not excavate.

I looked at the smallest Cabella tractor at the NAILE show last year and it was identical to my TYM built Mahindra eMax 22, and more expensive. If that much damage was done there was operator abuse going on. Those tractors are pretty tough.

I'm trying to figure out why a "big tractor salesman" would be buying a small utility tractor from Cabela's in the first place???

What's wrong with the brand of tractors he sells?

Or more likely he figured out that he wasn't getting any sympathy here, so why bother posting again?
