OT advice on stuff

Members, my dad has an elderly neighbor lady who at times can be a PIA but has been neighborly to allow us to store our two gravity wagons in her shed. She has some stuff in her shed she would like to sell. It has been in this shed for years and years and years. She doesn't want to get ripped off and has that gleam in her eye that it is valuable/antique/collectible. There is a 10" grain drill with high wheels that has not been used for a minimum 35-40 years, an old Fordson sickle mower, an old barge wagon that I don't think the tires can hold air, and a pile of good, straight 2" lumber, etc…. How do I go about finding a value for stuff like this or place on it so she can offer it for sale? Thank you for you advice and thoughts!

Keep asking on the various forums and make adjustments for local markets. On the lumber, talk to some woodworkers in the area. If it is well seasoned and the right kind of wood, the woodworkers might offer a good price.
