Sorry, but I cannot get my computer to upload the pics. We had a great time with myself, jwondergem, Crooked Rows, Royce and RBoots there. Royces wife took a great pic, and I have many more, but I'm going to wait til tomorrow to try again.

Sorry I missed you guys. I'll try to get back on the Saturday schedule next year. I'm about 98% sure I'll be at the Blanchard show next Saturday.

I'm sorry I could not be there either. Actually, I was there, but could not locate J Wondergem's tent. If there was a location posted I missed it. Thought if I just showed up and looked around I would spot it but that just wasn't going to happen. The show is too large, could not remember what JW looked like, could not remember what Oliver he owned. As I think about it here now, I think it was only the fact that I recognized rrlund last year that allowed me find it then. Arrived around 1 pm, later than I had hoped, and spent most of an hour walking/riding around the show but no luck. Seemed like everywhere I looked there were tents and Olivers! I was disappointed but hope I can do better next year. Glad to hear it was a good time for those who made it! I'm 1 for 3...pretty sure the same thing happened in 2013.

Here's a little help for next year Dave.
Unless Jack brings a different tractor! LOL
BTW, Jack's tent has the "YT Guys" sign on it. :)

In the second picture, the gentleman to the left is RBoots.
The one with the orange shirt and bibs is JohnLobb.
Glad I got to see you all today!

John, my email should be open.
Maybe I can help with the pictures.
They can't be too big and last I knew
they couldn't have a space in the name.

Here are a few pictures I took today and posted on the N forum.

This poor 9N caught my eye for it's character. Anyone know
what the bracket on the shifter might have been used for?
The loader pump bracket was still on the front and the headlight
brackets were welded to the sheetmetal. It's been a worker!

Don't see too many Porsche tractors around here.

A couple more. I don't know much about this German built Park tractor.

I got there about noon today and just got home at around midnight. Place was rocking and band was playing and people were eating, drinking, dancing and tractors were still pulling. I think they go till 2-3 am on most saturdays. I had a good time and picked up some trinkets in the swap meet. Some american made Vice Grips and sockets and a trailer ball. Best deal I saw at the place was the beautifully restored Ford 6000 the guy was selling. $6200 dollars and that tractor was mint! New tires, rims, paint. Everything perfectly restored to new condition. He also had a Jubilee right next to it for $5000 that had the selectoshift, power steering and was absolutely mint with all new tires and rims. I felt like handing him $11,000 for both of them and bringing them home. Was thinking they would be a lot better than having $11,000 in a mutual fund sitting there getting moldy. If I had the storage I probably would have seriously considered it. I don't think you could have found two better tractors for the money. Both looked better than new. Dad was there all day today and friday. I have some relatives and friends over there camping in that crazy campground out in the woods. Was also suprised to see that 12 foot tall corn in the old parking lot west of the showgrounds. Must be silage corn to be that tall. The ears looked to be 6 feet in the air.

Thanks, Royce, but I exceeded my bandwidth allotment from Hughesnet and my additional "tokens" seemed to have finally showed up this morning.

Dave,I ran in to a guy who knows you,at a flea market in Paulding Ohio, lives right over there your way somewhere. He was selling guns. I'm lousy with names, but it was Otis,or Oscar or something like that. Started with an O anyway I'm pretty sure. He has several IH tractors.

"I exceeded my bandwidth allotment from Hughesnet"

Well that would certainly do it too! Glad you got it figured out. :)

Just having DSL,I just have to wonder, does it cost extra to have poor service like that? LOL

Randy, I ran into Otis the other day and he told me about running into a guy in ohio that knew me. He wasn't much better remembering names but he said you were dairy farmers from Sheridan. It took me a second but when he said you went to oakley every year I figured it had to be rrlund off of yesterdays tractors! Then I remembered you mentioning the US 27 yard sale. I've known Otis since I've been a kid. We all grew up toghether in the same neighborhood. In fact I worked for him picking rocks and pulling weeds on his farm when I was a kid. They are good people.

Ya,he said he'd known you since you were "this high",and he had his hand pretty low. lol
When he said he was from Ashley, you were the first person to pop in to my mind. We talked for quite a little while. Seemed to be a pretty good egg.

Thanks for the pictures Royse. On the unpainted Ford, do you suppose the fellow operated the tractor from another, or somewhere? Appears to be a hydraulic cylinder hook up to the drag link, and maybe the shift lever.

You're welcome. It's about time we got a picture of your Ollie!

On that 9N, the bracket and reinforcement on the steering made
me think maybe someone had added power assist to the steering
at one point but I didn't see anywhere the other end would have
hooked up. Of course that part may have been changed too.

Not sure on the shifter. He'd still need a clutch.
Maybe a bungee cord hook up to help hold it in gear?
Guessing at a ~75 year history is fun to me, but I may never know.
