agco tractors.

The Challenger tracked tractors and the articulated 4WD's are built in Jackson, MN. A number of
years ago they also started building the larger row-crop tractors (branded as Massey and
Challenger) there as well but they are identical to the same models being built in France. The
smaller tractors are built in Brazil and France while the little compacts come are made by Izeki in
Japan. Most all AGCO-built tractors (and other self-propelled equipment like sprayers, combines,
and windrowers) use the Sisu engine but they are now branded as "AGCO Power" engines since AGCO
purchased Valtra and the Sisu engine plant about ten years ago. Most of these engines are made in
Finland but some of the smaller ones are made in Brazil as well.
