I have been fighting a power steering problem for several weeks. It is my brother-in-laws tractor. He has died and we are trying to get the estate ready to sell. He had an original type 3 rib tire on the right and a large pick-up tire on the left. The power steering worked on a right turn, but not on the left turn. I checked and rechecked the linkage settings. Today I found the original 3 rib tire and wheel in the machine shed, Mounted the tire and aired both tires up to 35 lbs. Walla, power steering works both ways, I could hardly believe it. Tomorrow I an going to check the oil level in the steering sector. Hope this helps somebody else. Max
