Small Baler Plans/Ideas?

I have been tossing the idea around for several years. This year, with all the rain we have been getting, our lawn is really growing. I have been seeing these small bales of stray in the fall as well as some people baling at tractor shows. I got to thinking about baling my lawn hay.

Does anyone have plans for a working baler, hand or engine/motor powered? I have a Maytag twin engine, John Deere 1-1/2 hp, and several other small engines I would like to use. I am thinking bales size of around 4"x6" or 6"x8". This would be for use around home so size would not be that big of an issue. I would even consider buying a built machine if not too far or too much money.

Thanks

Prebuilt ones are going to be in the $3k range. However, from what I have figured, it takes some machining capability, so if you don't have those tools or access to them, then you might have to buy one. From what I have found there are 2 suppliers of plans, Ron the Baler man and another company. I haven't seen the plans of each, so I can't compare.
