Rmoving farmall m radiator

Got the steering rod out of the way, now how to I unfasten the radiator after I have it drained and the two hose connections removed?

If I remember correctly there are two studs at the bottom that thread into the rad itself, there may be a nut on a tensioning spring, could have a cotterpin in it or it could be a stud depending on who installed the rad, but there will be two bolts or studs of somekind.

2nd that,..2 holes go up through the front casting, just go easy cuz they thread into the bottom of your radiator

Like the other fellows said, except some early ones don't have the stud access holes. then you have to reach up in another opening and its a PIA. If you have something to lift the front bolster and a air wrench I think its about as easy to remove it and lay it down to remove the radiator. Just loosen the frame rail on one side. Left side is easiest. That way you don't have to remove fan enclosure and lift radiator up missing it and the bolster. If it has the original cotter pins in the studs they can be rusted and hard to remove.

A nasty job for sure. Save yourself the bloody knuckles and the urge to stop and drink and get out the hot wrench before you start.
