Case Agri King 1175

My case 1175 lift arms won't raise properly. They will lift up sometimes when you rev up engine but sometimes when at idle they will lift. I changed hyd/trans fluid and filter. They do lower but the main issue is not lifting when I want it to. How can I fix this?

Did you put the relief valve back in when you changed the filter?

If that is the spring inside the filter housing, yes. If the relief valve is something else, then I don't know what your talking about.
