Canadian Wildfire Smoke Drying Hay?

Anyone else having a hell of a time getting dry hay in this year? Here in Northern Wi that smoke has been in the upper atmosphere for the last 2 1/2 weeks.. Just hazy sun no direct sun and very light winds.. hard to make hay this year.. First few weeks in june were so wet no one dared cutting hay

Yes, we are tedding it, cuts time in about 1/2.

Gettysburg,PA the fields used for the reenactment were still in second cutting. Can't get into the fields cause of so much water and they didn't have the show.

Between the rain and the haze from the smoke it's hard to dry hay here in Mich.

The hay was drying pretty good last week, but this weekend it seems to have slowed down some. Kinda hazy and red tint to the skies this morning and I soaked through my shirt just changing a tire for a hay wagon.

Hoping to bale another 4 loads and get it all in the barn but it's pretty darn miserable out there
