I think I made a mistake!

I taught my wife to use the round baler and now I can't get her out of the cab! I'm hauling hay which is what she normally does. She did a great job! The long hours I put in are more understood by her if she has a stake in the work. It has been tough but I have stopped micromanaging her. She makes mistakes just like we all do!

By golly, you treasure the help!! I sure wish I could get the domestic goddess to help out. I can't even get help driving a tractor if I get something stuck. All I hear is, "That tractor is too big for me." As long as it is only manning a gate, I can get help sorting hogs or cattle.

I've begun to look at it a little differently. Every tool, tractor, and implement will be right where I put it in the condition I left it.

Mine was driving while I stacked on the wagon tonight. Been a few years and a handful of kids since she's done our but it all came back to her. And there was a lot less frustrations with the baler this time as I did some work on the knotters to replace worn out parts.

Yep, a good friend of mine always said, "If you can't marry a rich one, marry a hard worker". Worked for me!

My wife says "I'll support you from the kitchen window." Once in a great while she'll come out, but lacks the strength to push the clutch on anything, let alone drive it. I'd still be lost without her.
