Well woke up to rain again today! I think it rained the last 5 out of 7 days, so I pulled home this manure spreader. Greased it and put power to it and everything works, original sides ect, anyone have an idea what it's worth? Seems like a nice little spreader, but the en gate is missing. My helper was with me too. Then went to a friends July 4 th party

Jay,

I had one of those, still have the remains, they did not
have an end gate. Use a few slices of straw bale for
soft material.

Around me those small spreaders are going high. No farmers buy them anymore so the horse folks and small farmers pay a lot for them. That one is very nice, and the right color so it would sell for $700.00 to $1,000.00 easy.

nice pictures! Its been raining a lot here too,Gonna go look at the garden today, may have trouble with all this wet,I Think the potatoes may rot in the soggy soil
The little girl is growing fast! How old is she now? I remember here on the site when you announced she was on the way, time flys by fast

What end gate? They never had one. And I don't considere that a small spreader. A small spreader will be in the under 100 bushel size and that spreader is in the 130-150 bushel size. Medium size yes, small no.

Been a good many years since I've seen one of those JD spreaders with the drum type beater. We got lucky here in NNY. Cloudy but no rain.

There are lots of 60-80 bushel size spreaders from the 30's,40's and early 50's and some 35 bushel sizes working in my area. A very few 95 bushel sizes.
