How can I get more rpms on my 560 but keep the same idle speed?

There should be a "stop" in the throttle linkage that you just move a little on a rod.

As showcrop said, back out the high speed stop screw as needed. The throttle lever is spring loaded and should break over slightly when the screw is on the stop. Make sure it's doing that first before changing the screw setting, the clevis may need shortened to get the break over..
