8N Ford oil pressure

My Ford 8N set for over a year. When I started it there is no oil pressure. After a very short time it started ratteling so I shut it off. What must I do to restore pressure.

On the front of the timing cover is a large bolt. Actually it's a cap but looks like a bolt. Behind it is a spring and plunger. It's the bypass to make sure it doesn't build too much pressure. Pull all that out and squirt oil into the hole. It will back feed the oil pump and prim it.

X2 on priming it through the relief valve.
Don't lose the spring or plunger. Use heavy oil, 80/90 etc.
Yes, the plunger is supposed to have that flat spot. ;)
