Well what do we know, Southern Michigan had another earthquake !
11:40am, near Union City, Had a 3.3 tremor. That's two in close area
in last 8 WEEKS ? ? ? Previous one was in 1947.

I'm think more along the lines of Divine intervention I'd say more about what I am thinking that might get me in trouble

In NC Pa where I am there are literally hundreds of new gas wells, all fracked and producing, even one on my sons property, nary even a tiny shake here. Fracking has been going on for 50 YRS all over the nation without any earthquakes been directly linked to it. The Pa state DEP just released a piece upholding the safety of fracking.

I think it was rrlund, doing the happy dance since he is done with his hay! The rest of us, well, I just cut another 20 acres today, taking rrlund's advice, cut most of it in fog so thick I could not see the other end of the field.... LOL, since the haybine didn't plug, I kept going, hoping the forecast for the rest of the week is correct.... Using the Deutz 8006 runs that haybine lots, lots better.

Slept through this quake. Also cut hay today, last of the regular first cutting, started in warm, bright sunshine, then the cloud landed on the field,I almost had to quit to get a sweatshirt!

There were earthquakes registered in areas around the Hover Dam after it was built. I guess you could call that hydraulic fracking also.

You guys in Michigan should be a bit concerned.....Our Ontario government is planning to build a Deep Ground Repository for storing low to medium level radioactive waste and the favoured site is on the east shore of Lake Huron, just a few miles from the water. The government's position is that this area is 'geologically stable' meaning that the site will not be affected by earthquakes since there have been none of significance recoreded here and the site 'should' be stable for thousands of years, thus rendering any environmental impact from leakage remote......can you say Fukishima...?

Hey now, it's just as sound a policy as every other brain fart nanny Wynne and the dolt-tard before her cooked up....sw ont needs to become it's own jurisdiction and let the gta flame out on their own. I do support a water tight wall around the gta, then fill it when it's done...

Interesting that fracking is going on in Pa.I just heard yesterday that it is banned in New York state per DEC.

...and , the earth's plates will forever keep moving/shifting. Always have, always will. Human "fracking" is equivalent to an ant taking a whiz as far as "helping" our earth plates move. Otherwise we could "hydraulically" prevent earthquakes also. Politics and agenda,s ...got ta love them.
