Don't feel alone over here in pa I cant get in no till corn looks like a hay field! Plowed ground not horrible yet but the weeds are growing bottom ground corn is yellow! I work a day job and I'm the only one that farms and they harass me about my farming and somedays it gets hard to just grin these days! Hopefully good weather will come!

We've had 15.5" of rain so this month and they're calling for storms today in ne MD near the PA and DE state lines.
I haven't been able to till all month. My wife picked some cherry tomatoes grown in her Earth boxes. Usually we're needing rain during the Summer months. Farmers will have a hard time getting hay in. They may need to chop
it. Hal

I remember what an old farmer neighbor of mine once said. "I worried to death in the dry years and starved to death in the wet ones!" He really had appoint. I've suffered thru bad yields due to drought, but the only crops I totally lost were due to too much rain. I think Old Carl was right.
