Both of have complained about lack of rain...

Well, that storm that formed over you came straight up here. Thunder, lightning, 40 mph winds, pea sized hail, 3/4 inch of rain in about 15 minutes, water standing on the ground! I was out in it and got drenched. Only thunder storm in the state. Suppose someone up there zeroed in on us?

Sounds like it gained strength on its way up there. No wind or hail here, just .65 inch of rain. Glad I could help you out with it though. lol
I thought it would turn off dry from the look of the revised forecast. This morning they were down to a 20% chance tomorrow, now it's back up to 50.

Let me guess - you guys have hay down, right?
Seems to be the way it always worked for me. LOL

Went up into Mecosta county along the east county line, faded out within three quarters of an hour.

Nope. I baled the last of it yesterday. The way it looked this morning,I was kicking myself for working Sunday and not just leaving it for today, but when that storm blew up,I was ecstatic that it was done.

Nope, spent the last week very ill, ended up in the hospital Friday/Saturday. Was considering mowing today, but didn't
feel up to it.

It just exploded out of a partly cloudy sky here. I few big drops of rain, then some lightening, and all creation broke loose. The DTN radar updates every five minutes. When I came in soaking wet and checked it,it had gone from nothing to orange and red in just one frame when it went through the cycle.

Ya,that was the quickest I ever had one pop up right overhead though. Dumped a bunch of rain right out of nowhere. Best part was,we kind of needed it. I'm sure not complaining. Neither is Ray I don't think.
