Increase RPM on MM UB American Bosch PSB Injuction Pump

Hi guys, I'm new to this form but, I've spent many years as a mechanic. I have a MM UB Diesel that I want to pull and I understand how to turn up the fuel but I also need to increase the RPM's and the injection timing. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Which pump Bosch APE or PSB and if PSB which governor type, internal or external spring?

Next to the throttle lever there should be two cover plate halves, take the top one off will get you to the hi speed limit screw. Back it out as needed, but don't go above 1900 RPM, or the tappet will float. For 1900 and higher a different tappet, housing, and extra spring/plate/snap ring are used like the military PSB pumps.

Yes I have an American Bosch PSB with an Internal Governor, and yes I found out about the tappet float. I would like to have the governor open sooner and increase my rpm response time on the upper end
