Haying problems have started early. I have an International 706 diesel tractor with a 3point. The arms will go up fine but wont come down hardly any. I cant get any sort of implement to work on it because it either wont let them touch the ground or raise them up high enough. They go down only a couple inches. Are there adjustments I can make or does that load control lever next to the 3pt lever have something to do with that? Thanks!

The draft arm could be unhooked remove 3rd arm cover above pto to look the arm needs to be ahead of the top part that come down, to hook it up you need to move the draft leaver to the rear then pull pin on the top part of the bottom arm to slip it ahead of the top arm, some time I have have to remove the pto to center the arm so they line up better good luck Bob
