Watching paint dry

I haven't gotten any beans in the ground yet. Both
yesterday and today have been one storm threat
right after another. Sometimes it even rains for five
minutes and then stops. Sometimes the storm
breaks up about 15 miles away. It's like Chinese
water torture. I've just about worn out the weather
radar app on my phone.

To make matters worse, I don't even have the
beans out of the bulk bags and into the seed
wagon. I have a field that I need to plant first but it
needs cultivated and isn't quite ready. I could plant
a backup field but that is a different bean and I
would have left over in the wagon and the other
fields for it aren't out of their two week window. This
time of the year gives me a more upset stomach
than any other!

I was so stir crazy earlier that I got on the old
Snapper rider and went around the home pasture
so the hot wire didn't ground out. Maybe I will go
find something that needs welding.

This last week has been Wet wet wet here too !! Very frustrating to say the least. Went out today and burned off some energy cleaning out the pole barn and yard, guess what . It started to rain half way through. I have around 150 acres of hay to do yet, some dry , some wet wrapped , and I want to get after it. So I know just how you feel.
