Am I a nice guy?

This last weekend I bought a nice Kubota sub-compact tractor, loader and 3 point mower, for my wife. Less than 500 hours very good shape. She doesn't want to drive any of my Fords so bought this, more her size.

I think that was very nice to buy your wife that Kubota. And I think most of the folks on here will agree.

However, that means nothing !

It is what your wife thinks is all that matters !

Let us know.

Sold a lot of them and LOADERS on subcompacts WITH a mower deck caused me a lot of headache.
First thing you want to do is get some dirt out of the ditch and in doing so you hang up the mower deck and then come to the dealer saying this thing want mow right.. Go on and take the deck off if you are going to get in any bad places with the loader. What model di you buy?

I inherited a Kubota just like you describe. Had 1 60" 3 point finish mower on it. Problem was that it was a 19 HP diesel with something like 17 HP at the output shaft. You could mow or drive in 3rd gear low but not both. Traded it. But not wanting to drive one of your Fords? That seems un-American.

The model is BX 2230, . With the 3 point deck should not have a problem with the dirt, also we have all flat ground. joe

We all know you're a nice guy Joe!
I can't really blame her if she doesn't want to load that '39 on
the trailer for you though. Cab kinda blocks the vision a bit!
I hope she enjoys the new ride. :)

Old-9's '39 with the cab. I took this pic at the Winamac, IN show.

Or better yet, DON'T buy the belly mower and get a 3pt. finish mower and take it off when you aren't mowing. A local dealer advised this when I was looking for a sub compact tractor, that's what I did and it's good advice.

Luckily i don't have that problem,..my wife don't want to drive any tractor regardless of make.

Yes Royse, It does have "Puckerpower" loading . You cannot see much of where the tires are. joe

Nope, you are not a nice guy. If you buy one for her, you have to buy one for everyone else. Then you would be a nice guy.

I hope she likes it! I hope you let her run it after you get the new tractor smell off your brain! hahaha

Only if you are 'brand-blind' 8)
