USB Camera

A few months ago I had seen a posting for a usb wire camera. Can't seem to find it now. Would anyone know where it is.

In the search bar at the top of this page, type camera... and that will bring up all discussions with camera in it. (I just did and found a lot... but don't know which one you would like a link to.)

I'm thinking most cameras come with a cord that has a USB on one end - for transferring photos to your computer. If not, you can buy one seperately.

In case you are wondering how they work...

You just plug it into your camera, then your computer.
Next turn your camera on.
It will open a dialog box... just chose "Open to show files and folders".

Then highlight, or select, all the photos.

Next right click and choose "Copy"... then go open a Pictures folder on your computer (or create/name a new one)... then click inside that folder and them "Paste". (Or you can do the highlight all and drag and drop them inside the computer folder too).

The camera can be set to delete photos automatically after transfer to computer... I prefer to delete my manually AFTER I verify that they did copy all right to my computer. But you can delete them off the camera the same way... highlight all that you want to delete - then right-click and select delete.

Ebay has LOTS. Consider what you want to use it for and search away. I bought one to look inside of cylinders, down pipes, etc. An endoscope camera with a 15 ft cable, light and mirror for $10 a few weeks ago. It did ship from china so shipping took a couple weeks but it was certainly worth the wait and the price. Not an awesome picture but acceptable for what I wanted it for.Shows a very clear picture within a few inches of the lens. Gets grainy further away. But I wanted it to show close up detail inside of whatever I thread it down so it is good for my purposes. I'm sure there are better ones for a price.

We use memory cards in our camera and you can download the pictures to your computer. They hold a lot of pictures.
