3000 ford not charging

I just brought it ran fine and started right up for a few days I replaced the voltage regulator and I did polized it but it still not charging none of the light lights up on the dash I need your help Thank You all

The problem may be your generator. You should have 14.0 volts across your battery terminals with the engine at 1/2 throttle or better using a volt meter. If there's repair shops in your area that rebuilds starters, alternators
or generators I would have it checked. Hal
PS: You can also check the charging voltage on terminal A on your generator with the engine at 1/2 throttle.

None of the lights on the instrument panel are lighting? What about the instruments? Are they now not working
too?

The fuel gauge, the temp gauge, the oil pressure light, and the gen light are all powered off the ignition
side of the switch. If none of these are working could be a broken wire from the switch to the instruments.
Not sure if this would stop the gen from charging, but could be related.

I would convert it to an alternator too. Here's the part number for the Hitachi 12 volt alternator 14231 sold at the NAPA stores. It's smaller.
Napa number is 2138130. Hal

instrument lights and dash is feed off ignition switch by 3 amp fuse under dash. oil and gen light should light up before starting.

fix correctly as you need the tachometer to work.
