Tube type tire

I use 7.50 16 bias tires on my triple axle gooseneck and picked up a really good used tires for it. I started to mount it and I see it says tube type. Can I run it with out a tube? Im thinking these are for split rims? Im not using split rims.

Just put a tube in, the beads are not made for sealing against the rim, type of rim makes no difference, and it seams with most tubless tires I still have had to have them glued to the rim or they go flat.

What really catches you off guard is with the MTD lawn mowers. The rear tires say tubeless tires but they have a tube in them. Huh? Cannot use a tubeless type valve stem in the rims.
