Saw this about 4 miles from my place. Must have ended the harvest here, it has been sitting there all winter. Western PA

Could very well be where it had an incident. Farmer I rented a house from in Tennessee had a combine stuck in the field by our house for the better part of 3 months. They were running wheat and it was at our place when a thunder storm rolled in, near has he can figure it took a lighting hit and fried all the computers, they elected to finish through beans with one combine, of course the one at our house became a can-bird as he was robbing parts of of it to keep the other one going.

It might have been giving him fits during the harvest but he made it through and was so tired of looking at it he just left it there. I have a hunch it doesn't see a shed anyway. We all have had one of those years at some time in our farming careers. Then again, like was said something might have gone POP. I had to drag the 105 home once and let the neighbor finish up the last 20 acres for me.

I know where there is an old new holland combine about that same model been parked for about 15 years has a rebuilt cat motor the owner parked it when they quit farming its in pretty rough shape now .

I guess that happens. My Tedder is still out in a back field, the last field I baled. Lol, I hate moving it. It's not a fold up one.

The way grain prices fell It might be titled "Waiting for the Repo Man".Back in the early
80's one of the 'Fence row to Fence row' boys here hid equipment all over the place to keep it from being repoed.

Those are a pain in the rear to fold up. Hated the one I used to borrow from the neighbor because I had to fold it in and out to transport it to and from his place.

The repo man got our Deere 8820 and a new holland still with full grain bins while we went home to eat dinner one fall day in the 80s . Dinner around here is 12:00 pm for anybody that wonders.
