O/T Sausage Gravy!!

To all the good people who answered my request for information about sausage gravy and biscuits, THANK YOU!! My wife Pat and I now have 11 pages of information and recipes to study, and we both agree that we should not mention anything to the doctor as he is sure to disapprove LOL. Thanks once again, Pat and Phil.

When you break it down, it's not really all THAT unhealthy...
I figure maybe 1/4lb of sausage for a BIG serving, and probly a couple cups of milk. Biscuits aren't that bad either...

I don't really see the problem ;-)

You don't make sausage gravy the way I do. I use a full pound of sausage. brown the flour in the sausage grease then add the milk.

May be bad for me but dang is it good fixed that way.
 
I don't remember who said it but a comedian refered to biscuits and gravy as a " clot and a clog". It would clot your arteries and clog your colon. I don't believe him. joe
 
Now just don't forget what goes with those light and fluffy biscuit and sausage gravy, You have to have some good fried taters and eggs fried in bacon grease. Now it don't get much better than that, Man am I hungry now for some! Bandit
