Didn't want to hijack the thread below but thought some might like to see how it was done, before. I saw one of these rigs at Penfield Ill. show in 2006. BTY nice show. joe

Thanks for posting. Pretty neat deal. I have some Amish friends in Ky. that do that [and everything else] with horse/mule power but their rig looks considerably different.

They have one at OLD THRESHERS in Mt. Plasant,Ia. Wehad a couple on the farm saved hauling water I got to pump the hog waters full every day. Also filled the feeders with 3gal bucket from the little feed house that Dad hauled out from the hamermill. Thats how i got my first hog to buy a new bike.

Thanks for posting. We've used one at our local threshing show at Albert City for all of the close to 40 years I've been involved with the show and this is the first time I've sat down to watch one run. I've seen the horse going around at the show but I was clueless as to how it works till now.

Quite a contraption!

Not sure they were real familiar with the machine though... Going CCW, wouldn't that unscrew the pipe couplings?

At Meridian, Kansas last summer, they had one displayed at the old tractor show, it was in need of a complete overhaul.
