Although I am a Ferguson guy, I have to admit that Farmalls just have a natural beauty to them when they are clean and shiny!
 
That truck is in good looking shape, those trucks are hardly around here anymore the salt kills them, I also would not tow those tractors of yours around here in NY right now, the roads are white from so much salt! Lol
 
Yes and no... This one was already restored when I got the manual, I mainly needed it for that 8N I was restoring for a lady in town, BUT, now that I have a good manual, I am sure that it will be used on this little guy!!
 
There was a LOT of dust/sand/dirt on the road out here yesterday! They had been out with the sweepers, but they didn't do a very good job!

There are a lot of these trucks around here, but most every one has just been hammered as a farm truck... They have different color sheet metal, mis-matched tires, the paint is all scratched and scuffed off, the cloth interior is usually REALLY bad!

This truck is the one we got this spring. 2000 3/4 ton 4x4 with a 454 and 210000 miles, $2000!

In the second picture, you can just barely see the nose of my truck on the left side. It is a flawless 1995 1/2 ton, 350, 202000, ext cab, short box.

My perfect truck would be a 90's 3/4 ton, ext cab, long bed! I personally am not a huge fan of the 454, it seems to have more snort to get the load moving, but is just the same when you are doing 55 or so down the hwy, but it LOVES the fuel!!!
 
I"m glad I"m not on any road that you are driving on. Loads need to be anchored on 4 corners....not a chain wrapped around a drawbar or a pipe. Otherwise, loads slide sideways.
