440?

so bought a case, possibly parts tractor today. mainly for the heavy duty FEL that it has. looks quite similer to my model 440 gase. the ft axle is different as well as the power steering setup. dash cluster is also different and no hi low range. what model mite it be, any ideas?

Case made 440s with I beam front axles and power asist steering, and later model 440s with hydrostatic steering. and tube type axles. With no pics. or a sn# from both tractors we have no idea what you have or what you bought.
Much further discription of both is needed.

thanks for the info. although I did take a few pics they are not great to identify with. it is still in the farmers field with lots of snow. will investigate further when its home. however by what you say it is probably an earlier one, even though someone maybe put on a industrial loader. thank-you
