A Tildesley show stand in 1952 showing the reclaimation plough and the transport box designed by a farmer called Gilmore which were manufactured & distributed by Tildesleys. You can see the size of the bodies. They were used on hill farms to plough in tall Bracken & Gorse plants before re-seeding with grasses and become quality grazing.

The plough is on a very late model Fordson E27N fitted with Perkins P6 diesel engine. The plough in the centre. The recently released Fordson Diesel Major fitted with the rear mounted tipping transport box
