Larry the corner guy,trivia question

It was an Oldsmobile wasn't it? In the episode where somebody was suing them, claiming Jethro had rearended them,he said "I think it's a Stutz.".

Roy Clark. Believe it or not,I remember when the original episode aired the first time he was on there. I paid particular attention to the closing credits that night to see who he was. I knew way back then that he was somebody who was going somewhere.

Do you remember what night and time it was on back in the original run?

no,but I remember he had a funny looking plaid suit on,and I Think they called him cousin Roy,,,he is a great musician,,,he cant read a lick of music notes believe it or not,

A little trivia to add. Miss Jane "Nancy Kulp" was born in Harrisburg. PA. After she retired she moved to Port Royal, PA. Had a njce little mansion that she rebuilt on the north end of town. People said she was just a nice town folk when she moved there. She passed in 1991. Ely May passed about a month ago.

He was back in a few later episodes too. Jethro was a big Hollywood agent by then and they wanted him to manage Cousin Roy. He wouldn't do it because of the kind of music Roy played. Granny was trying to get Jed married off to Roy's mother too, played by Grandma Walton,Ellen Corby.

I have been in Port Royal ,years ago,we looked at some property, the realtor was a guy named Larry Long,,,he showed us some property in the area

Commerce Bank of Beverly Hills.

The show was on Wednesday nights at 9 o'clock eastern time by the way. I remember that because my mother was on a 9 o'clock bowling league on Wednesday nights and she wasn't home when it was on.
