turn seed into feed???????????

I can get several tons of TREATED green bean seed that is years out of date with a 50% germination rate. Any way to remove the treatment to safely feed it to livestock? Should I just broadcast it in the spring and let the cows eat what germinates?

i wouldn't feed any treated seed to any animal ever...

If you planted it, then the cattle could eat it's seeds or you might be able graze it once it is grown (better check with the company who made the seed treatment regarding grazing restrictions)...

IF you have any one that roasts grain around you they can roast the seed and it will then be safe to feed. In its current form it is not safe to feed as the treatment is poisonous.

The easiest would be to just plant it and graze whatever grows.

A fellow here had a similar situation, put the beans in a fertlizer spreader, seeded them that way, put them on thick and raised a decent crop of beans.

Let's put it another way. If a treated seed is found in a million bushel bin a million bushels is considered contaminated.

plant it heavy and see what grow is safest and easiest way to use treated seed. If you get enough to grow you could mow and bale it too.

Exactly. It also gets an elevator reported, inspected and possibly shut down. Plant it and graze it.
