Funny calf photo

I took this pic at the neighbors barn last night and when I looked at it on computer tonight she was sticking her tongue out at me! I am having trouble with the camera taking pics in the barn, most likely operator error. The second pic is momma cow part jersey part Holstein. Greg

What do you have the camera set on? It seems on the first pic it adjusted itself for the calf in front which made the background too dark. I find my cameras tend to do that with flash. Sometimes turning the flash off takes care of it.

I say cameras because they don't last. The current one the lense mechanism got enough dust in it to make it stick while sitting closed up in a ziploc bag.

They sure can get themselves into situations. With the cows in the barn they never cease to amaze me how helpless they can be. Just having 80 head can make you crazy. Greg

It's on 244 frames and auto flash. The camera is a 12 year old Fugi maybe time for a new one. Greg

JD, I pulled that calf so maybe it thinks I am mom! The young couple that have the cows are new parents themselves and I have been helping out. Their baby has serious issues and they have their faith to help them in the days to come. Heading to the barn. Greg
