Re: canopy and seat assembly

Yes. I have an idea. Tell us what you're talking about.

As far as canopies and seats, I'm in favor of both.

Assuming you are discussing the prior topic of a seat with a canvas top/canopy with wire/rod frame. A big umbrella with a ball swivel mount allows the shade to be easily moved when working in side light.
To have it be fixed in position, to me, is a radical disadvantage. Sometimes standing up while operating is a break from sitting that would be restricted. Jim

Obviously nobody knows anything about it. Again, insisting that someone does by repeatedly bumping your post against forum convention is not going to change that.

You get no respect because you show no respect.

Too bad some of the more "grumpy" members don't use modern view because they'd see the bumping and have some choice words for you as well.

Users of the classic view will NEVER see your "bumps" because posts are always sorted on the date of the original post.

For those of you that didn't see the original post, I apologize as I thought my bump was attached to it. I haven't used the classic view for more than 15 years and forgot how it worked.

As for you mkirsch, I've been posting here for about three years and you are the first I've come across on this site who would prefer to insult than to help. Had you explained the classic use without being so obtuse, I may have posted differently. Your opinion means no more to me than the stuff that sticks to my shoe, nasty but unimportant.
