Great! Hope you picked it up. Hang on to it. Did you find any trace of the frame that was around it?
I'll let you know when I'll be down that way some time and I'll stop in and get it. The wife wants to go to Nashville some day soon anyway.

It's not a cycle plate Ray. A full size plate,just slightly smaller back during the war I guess.
 
OK. That metal part was bolted to the plastic factory part on the bumper. I sent you an email. Thanks again.
 
Is that the registered plate for your vehicle? In California we can find a old set of plates, as long as they are in good shape they can be assigned to our vehicle. I have correct year plates for a couple of my motorcycles. Stan
 
No,it's not registered to it,but in Michigan you can pretty much stick anything you want to on the front of a vehicle.
