$134 a bushel for corn?

It must be the 'hand sorted' (sure hope they used gloves). And they are outa stock, lots of gullible folks out there or they only stock 1

Figure out what you're paying for a one pound bag of beans or rice at Winn-Dixie. If you want to get retail price for your grain, you need to clean it, package it, and then convince someone to buy your product rather than go to the grocery store.

It's currently out of stock. I guess they aren't making enough money on it to keep the product on the shelves.

Not quite that good but see ear corn bagged for squirrel at around $.50 an ear or sweet corn at $6 a dozen .With approximately 140 ears to make a bushel its around $70 a bushel.$3.50 corn wont pay cost of production with inputs up due to tail from $7.00 corn a couple years ago.

Take a look at Frito's. If you buy a 5 ounce bag
for $1.99, the cost per bushel swells to some $350
per bushel, and if you check the ingredients, it's
corn and oil. Not a bad mark up.....like tater
chips!
