Help Identifying Tractor

I came across this tractor for sale the owner says
its a case ingersoll and that it has been in the
back of a barn for 20 years maybe more.
Any information about this would be helpful.

Not a panzer . There's no friction drive on engine. I think it is a bantam. They restored one on American restoration and hit the guy for 4500 if i remember correctly. Pretty cool
 
This is definitely an early Bantam with the cast fenders. Later ones had sheet metal fenders that covered the whole rear wheels. I know there were two models and possibly three depending on engine size. They were built in Indy and were originally named "Standard" after the company that built them. They later became Bantam and before production ended they were, I believe, Wildcat.
