Double flare brake line

Auto parts store did not have brake line with the ends I needed or any adapters so I am going to make some brake line out of new tubing and old fitting ends.

Been many years since I have had to make a brake line so let me check my thinking.

Cut off line to length with tubing cutter
Ream inside of tubing to clean it up.
Place tubing in holder using the beveled side of the holder.
Adjust the protrusion of the tubing out of the holder till it matches the shoulder of the pin tool.
Insert pin tool and flare tubing.
Remove pin tool and flare again.

Sound right?

Add A drop of oil on the end of the tube'n  and have at it...

Take a minute or two and smooth the end of the tubing(shine it up) to help prevent cracking in the Flare..
