A few years ago, I was dealing with Hartford insurance pertaining to a disability claim from work.
They were always sharp and showed NO RESPECT!
This ended when they stated they were recording the conversation and I said "just one second" I would then pickup another phone and turn off the one I was talking on and state "I am also recording for future reference."
What a difference that made!
Every time I went through this, I was always treated with respect and asked how they could be of further assistance.
Today---problem is that I don't know how to handle this with a cell phone, as that is all I have.
